In an exclusive interview with VOA, the Muslim Brotherhood talks about the demonstrations against the regime of President Hosni Mubarak, and their plans for the forthcoming presidential elections.

"Yes, the corrupt and repressive regime of President Mubarak played the Islamist card to frighten the international community. But this is not true. Our movement is peaceful and moderate Unfortunately, the Western countries especially the United States fear the Islamists. Yes, there are Islamic extremists here and there, but our movement is moderate, said Abdel Mounoum Abdel Futuh, a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Cairo told VOA."
