Yayin da a Najeriya ake samun bullar cututtuka daban daban a yan makwannin nan, kwararru kan lafiyar abinci na danganta lamarin da irin abincin da jama’a ke ci a yanzu.
A yan watannin nan akan samu bullar sabbin cututtukan da wasu ma ba’a sansu ba a baya, kamar yadda a yan makwannin nan aka samu bullar cutar kyandar biri da aka fi sani da Monkey Pox a turance.
To sai dai kuma yayin da likitoci ke kokarin shawo kan irin wadannan cututtuka, masu harkar cimaka na ganin akwai abun dubawa.
A wajen taron karawa juna sani da kwararru suka yi kan kiyaye lafiyar abinci a Yola, fadar jihar Adamawa, an karantar da jama’a muhimmanci kula da abincin da kuma matakan kariya daga sabbin cututtukan dake da alaka da abinci, musamman a wannan lokaci na hannu baka –hannu- kwarya.
Da yake jawabi a taron, wani kwararre kana shugaban tawagar, Pevora Chukwu, yayi bayanin hanyoyi da abubuwa goma da idan jama’a suka kiyaye su, zasu kubuta daga kamuwa daga cututtukar da ake dauka ta hanyar cin abinci.
Yace tsaftar shi kansa mai dafa abinci, da na muhallin dafa abincin duk suna daga cikin abubuwan dake tabbatar da ingancin abinci da lafiyar jama’a.
Sananniyar ‘yar jaridar nan ta Naijeriya, Moju Makanjuoela dake cikin tawagar, tace aikin kiyaye lafiyar abinci aiki ne na kowa da kowa kuma akwai abubuwa da dama da jama’a ke yi dake haifar da cututtuka ta hanyar abincin da suke ci.
