Bijirewa Dokar NCDC Ka Iya Dawo Da Hannu Agogo Baya


A yayin da aka fara aiki da sausaucin dokar hana fita da Gwamnatin Najeriya ta yi a jihohi uku da aka fara samun bullar cutar coronavirus, an sami karancin bin dokoki da hukumar takaita yaduwar cututuka ta Kasar wato NCDC ta bayar don rage yaduwar cutar da ke ci gaba da barazana a kasar.

Tun a karshen watan Maris ne Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ya sanya dokar hana fita a jihohin Legas, Ogun da birnin tarraya Abuja, don takaita yaduwar annobar COVID-19 wacce ta kama mutane fiye da Miliyan Uku da rabi a duk fadin duniya.

Da soma sausauta dokar ta hana fita da gwamnati kasar ta yi a wadannan jihohi bayan shafe makwanni biyar a kulle, an sami cunkoson mutane wadanda suka bijirewa dokokin kariya da gwamnati ta shimfida musu, a cewar wani babban ma’aikaci na gwamnatin tarayya Hamza Adamu.

Ya ce "yanayin cunkoso na mutane abin tashin hankali ne duba da yadda ake kamuwa da cutar."

Dimbin jama'a ne su ka yi dafifi suna jiran ababen hawa, a daya gefen kuma cunkoso ne na mutane a bakin wani banki, abin da ke nuna dawowar zirga-zirga da harkokin kasuwanci a birnin Abuja. An yi ta yada hotunan mutane a kafafen sada zumunta, cike makil a cikin motocin haya da bas-bas da kuma layin jama’a wadanda ke tsaye har ma da turereniya a bakin Bankuna daban-daban.

Muhammad Musa dan Kasuwa a birnin Abuja ya ce wannan doka an yi ta ne don rage radadin da al'ummar kasar ke fama dashi ta fuskar tattalin arziki a sanadiyar annobar COVID-19, toh sai dai rashin hakuri da bin dokoki da mutane ke yi ka iya mayar da kokarin da hukumomi suke yi baya.

A cewar Dr. Muhammad Raji, ya kamata mutane su bi ka’idoji da matakai da gwamnati ta gindaya musu na kariya.

A yanzu haka dai Najeriya na da adadin mutane sama da dubu biyu wadanda su ka kamu da wannan cuta a jihohi 34 ciki har da birnin tarayya Abuja.
