The Islamic State group released a video Wednesday showing a Russian-speaking man who says he spied for Russia, and then is beheaded by another Russian-speaking man.

On the video, titled "You Shall be Disappointed and Humiliated O Russians," the victim, who identifies himself as Magomed Khasiyev, says he is from Grozny, the capital of Chechnya. He says he was recruited by Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) to spy on IS, and then traveled to IS-controlled territory via Turkey.

Before beheading the victim, his murderer denounces Russia and President Vladimir Putin.

"Listen to me, Putin the dog. ... Before your arrival, the Assad regime bombed us, after which America with its cowardly coalition allies bombed us, after which you are bombing us," the man says "… Your airstrikes have brought nothing but the deaths of innocent Muslims — children, women and elderly. ... Oh Russian infidels, we've been waiting for you. … You have been taken to a new defeat. You will find no security in your homes and we will kill your children for every child you killed here."
